This Territory Manager will cover Toronto East. 
Responsible for building profitable sales volume, broadening distribution and product image within the assigned territory. Principal Accountabilities:

?Manage the growth and development of individual customer accounts. Transmit marketing and sales intelligence to appropriate Company personnel.
?Work closely with Marketing to design and implement tactical sales plans in order to execute product-marketing strategy within defined financial parameters.
?Develop and maintain product knowledge and value-added selling skills in accordance with established expectations and standards.
?Assist in the development and implementation of business plans for key accounts and account-specific programs designed to meet and exceed defined goals.
?Meet reporting requirements by line manager and business unit.

Post secondary education, degree in Business or BA/BSc preferred.
5 – 7 years minimum successful sales management in consumer products sales and medical/contact lens products.
Demonstrated negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills
Personnel or contract resource management experience preferred.
