Title: Vision Care: Internal Territory Manager - Rochester, NY

You would make sales calls with Optometrists and Ophthalmologist selling Bausch Lomb contact lenses and contact lens solutions. Grow territory sales in line with company growth objectives and sales to quota forecasts. Maintain routine call cycle and quality of outbound calls as determined by manager. Build effective business relationships within account base. Develop and implement account specific programs and business plans. Maintain up-to-date records on current account base. Complete daily/weekly paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Handle all customer service issues within the territory.
* 1-3 years directly related sales experience preferred.
* Candidate must possess strong communication skills (verbal, presentations, written) and organization skills.
* Should be self-motivated and project a positive attitude.
* Candidate should have an interest and take responsibility to build current skill set and gain additional knowledge.
