Position Summary
Lead Process Excellence activity in Pharma Operations at our Tampa, FL location.
Specific Job Duties
Provide Process Excellence Leadership to the Pharma Operations Business
Lead the building of a core competency for Process Excellence tools, knowledge, and people so the manufacturing sites can become self sufficient.
Work with the Pharma management staff to identify key issues such that they can be prioritized and managed appropriately utilizing Process Excellence Tools to assure closure and sustained performance.
Coach and mentor; teach at all levels.
Identify, agree upon, and drive key metrics to monitor progress and performance of plant and Process Excellence related initiatives. With these metrics, identify gaps and mutual strategies with Pharma metrics to overcome.
Create environment to communicate, Inspire, and motivate.
Develop common standards and tools for Process Excellence deployment.
Create process to assess and create a cohesive Process Excellence deployment strategy for Pharm.
Build and lead culture to drive sustained Process Excellence performance for the long term.

Minimum BS in Technical Field
8 years experience in Manufacturing, Lean, and Process Excellence organizations.
Master Black Belt or Black Belt preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation ability, with strong experience in change management.
Managerial Responsibility
